Job Description : Provide a high-level pre/post–sale technical support to our client’s customers and partners in the LATAM region. Train and assist local partners, perform professional services, installations, troubleshooting and take part in the company’s worldwide support. Acquire an in-depth technical knowledge of various networking products and the company’s products (software, hardware, functionality and troubleshooting). Skill Required : Technical background and experience in networking LAN/WAN products and environments (routers, switches, TCP/IP, FWs, network management systems, VoIP, remote accesses devices, etc.) Motivated self-learner through hands on experience. Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects. Ability to document technical information. Excellent human relations, service orientated. Experience in WAN networking management in an enterprise or ISP. Work with a CRM or trouble-ticketing system. Experience in customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Linux proficiency. Ability to troubleshoot complex problems. Selling and presentation skills. Answering RFI/RFP. Extensive travel requirements (may include weekends). Spanish - Mother tongue.
