GEORGIA - SENIOR FIELD SUPPORT ENGINEER

This position is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate technical knowledge and work with a highly experienced group of engineers and offers an exciting and challenging work environment. Reporting to the Global Customer Support Manager based in Europe you will join the Field Support Engineer (FSE) team as an integral part of the Support organization.

Job Description: Installing and deploying current and future products at customer sites. Responsible for the on-site and remote support of issues raised by customers. Provide rotating off-business hours on-call shift services supporting remote and on-site customers critical malfunction incidents.

Requirements: 3 - 5 years experience Technical degree, Computer Science Proficient in UNIX/Linux System Administration Proficient in TCP/IP networking Familiar with mobile network technologies Knowledgeable in Customer Support processes and tools. Result driven person capable of working independently and within a team to resolve time critical deployment and production issues and effectively interfaces with customers directly or indirectly to handle their requests. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Open to at least 60 % travel (domestic and international).
