Skill Required : The Person: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineer. Experience in Sales minimum 6 months or in coordinating some projects. Excellent communications skills Must have good negotiation skills. Must be able to work in group. Ability to handle multiple projects. Fluent Spanish and English is required.

MEXICO CITY - FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Job Description : Accounting and tax. General Ledger Journal Entries. Issuance of invoices. Preparation of G/L account analysis & reconciliation of balance sheet & income statement account. Assist with financial quarterly reviews & year end audits with external audit staff. Weekly revenues report. Preparing month-end and quarter-end financials reports. Reporting to the tax authorities: VAT, tax, custom etc. Salary topics. Cash Management. Bank statement reconciliations. Weekly cash flow report. Collection. Payments to suppliers. Weekly aging report Inventory Management. Quarter-end Physical Inventory: includes preparing for, organizing and tallying results of physical inventory. Quarterly Inventory Reconciliations. Skill Required :
4 + years of related accounting experience in an international company. CPA. English and Spanish fluent speaker is essential. Portuguese speaker is a plus. Strong organizational, communication, systems and follow-up skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines. Experience with accounting software.
